Domino’s Pizza Burpengary
Used to love getting pizzas from here but after being sent the wrong pizza and then asking for a replacement getting sent an oil drenched, cold, sloppy base pizza to correct their mistake, I am terribly dissatisfied and disappointed.

3 burnt pizza's replaced by 3 semi burnt pizza's. Not the first time I've had bad pizza's from there. If I could give a zero star I would. Delivery persons were nice, so too was manager, but they cannot make good pizza's.

They gave me a completely different pizza to what I had ordered. The one I received was poorly made. Only had cheese on one side for some reason. Left feedback on their online website and they never got back to me. Usually their customer service is pretty good but they never bothered to get back to me about it.

Ordered 2 large pizzas garlic bread and drink,$39.99 when we got the pizza it was 2 small pizzas, with hardly any topping,cold and generally yuk. THANKS FOR WASTING MY $40 .

I ordered some pizzas for a friend’s party. Picked them up and took them there only to find half of them were missing ingredients I’d paid extra for.Called a few days later when I had the chance and told them what had happened and they didn’t offer me a refund for the missing extras or a replacement pizza or anything.I understand it’s the franchisee’s policy and not the manager’s fault but it’s poor form to take my money, not deliver, and refuse to fix it. I expect better from Dominos and have usually not had a problem getting things like this fixed at other stores so maybe it’s just the Burpengary one.I’ll be going to the next suburb over for future orders now.

Very disappointing, food was either burnt or cold last visit. Cheesy garlic bread had no cheese on it and was burnt, uneatable.

Great pizza, weird thing is one time I ordered pizza arrived 30mins after I ordered it and my pizza didn't even start cooking I have a feeling someone took it but yeah that's chill, they made me a new one so that was good
