Terrible communication, false & misleading item descriptions on their website.Purchased an item on their website, and whilst the item arrived quickly, it did not match the description, and did not include the mounting brackets advertised. I bought it based on the information that it included these parts listed on the website, but the product sent was completely different, and is not suited to the use I purchased it for - mounting it on the celling.Okay, so you sent a customer the wrong product, or perhaps your website is outdated and needs fixing. We all make mistakes. I contacted them via their phone number informing them that there was a problem with my order, and I left a message asking them to contact me to reach a solution. I also sent them an email for good measure requesting that the problem be rectified.It would be such an easy fix like going Oh
