more than HEARING

I knew I needed a hearing aide given I had difficulty following some conversations, particularly in noisy restaurants. I put it off (and there was never any pressure from Peter at MTH) but finally realised I had to bite the bullet. After a few minor teething issues I haven’t looked back. I have realised it is so much better to have a hearing aide and hear conversations easily than straining to hear to the point of sometimes nodding along with everybody else when I haven’t heard exactly what was said. I highly recommend More Than Hearing; they are professional, supportive and very helpful every step of the way.

Despite asking this company on numerous occasions to update my late mother's file on their database and remove her name and address from their Christmas card mailing list, I received yet another Christmas card today addressed to her. That makes it 3 years in a row now. Do the right and respectful thing and update my mother's details accordingly on your database and stop sending Christmas cards. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen to anyone else as this is totally unacceptable and very upsetting.
