I got the avocado poached eggs without mushrooms, which was very nice. The toast was a little undercooked and a bit hard to cut (i didn't mind i prefer it a little under cooked), and the cashier was very polite when i asked where they got the eggs. Overall, it was a very nice breakfast with a very nice atmosphere (: .

found this Cafe when looking for some place to have lunch as we were driving through to Tamworth. well worth the stop. pumpkin soup was delightful and how I love it! creamy, hot, full flavour with side of white buttered toast. service was quick. food came out quickly. quaint little place that reminds me of my childhood and the places I ate with my family when I was . prices were great and very affordable. you know you found a gem when the local elderly folks are enjoying their food and teas. visit.

Quite a busy, happening cafe in centre Armidale. Service was adequate, friendly but slow.I think the stress of how busy the place was transferred to the taste of our coffees. A 15 minutes wait for a “stressed” coffee wasn't worth it. Could've gone to Maccas and get a similar, if not better quality coffee.

Great steak sandwich.When they ask how you want it cooked, you know it's going to be good ! Cooked to perfection and not chewy at all. Great meal and looking forward to coming back.

Really good quality food for the price; and the size of it all! The small coffee mug is what some cafes would call large back home in South-East Queensland; the croissants are giant, and taste like real croissants (not supermarket-bought ones); and my meal, the French toast with bacon and banana…. oh my, sooo good; highly recommend!

Lovely location, friendly staff and yummy food. Kids play area definitely helps to engage kids until food arrives. Service is reasonable quick. We had brunch. We ordered hot cakes, omelette with mushrooms, cheese and shallots, vege burger and cheese toast. We all loved it. Outside seating worked a charm in keeping us warm on cold morning.
