CPAP Network - Cranbourne

Excellent customer service and experience. Very timely service (no wait for a home sleep study, and hire machines available to pick up on the day I called after I received my results from my sleep specialist). Super helpful with finding the right mask and fit and adjusting settings as needed to treat my sleep apnoea. Follow up phone calls to make sure all was going well. Love that both staff members I have met use CPAP themselves and understand the challenges as they have the lived experience.

I was not happy to discover that I needed CPAP. The whole idea of wearing a mask thats plugged into an air blower each night, just didnt excite me one bit. My CPAP journey started with another supplier of CPAP therapy (not CPAP network), but after a month I was not much better informed, and was struggling with the proposed solution. I phoned the CPAP network Cranbourne looking for alternatives, and was rewarded with lots of good advice and information that was generously provided by Bronwyn and CJ. I started a trial with them (being my 2nd trial), and after some equipment and configuration changes, was able to achieve an acceptable outcome. Well done ladies :-)

I recently had an issue with my CPAP machine (ResmedAirsense 10), thinking it was the water container as it was making a shhhhing sound when I breathed. I looked up and went in to the CPAP Network office in Cranbourne where I was met by Bronwyn, lovely lady and very knowledgeable. She took me into an office and promptly connected my machine and worked through some fault finding, where she realised it was the motor making the sound. So lucky I didn't just replace the water container.... My machine was still in warranty time frame so she organised to get it sent off to be repaired and gave me the same CPAP machine as my own on loan while mine was in for repair. Whilst there she also took the time to update me on new aspects with CPAPs and the parts etc. I got a call about a week later to say my machine was back and all done under warranty. It is great having a CPAP expert so close to home, so helpful and professional. Well done Bronwyn I certainly would recommend you to anyone needing good honest and helpful advice and service for their CPAP needs and parts. Cheers, John.

To be faced with a pretty overwhelming experience knowing that I needed to use a sleep ap machine to begin leading a healthy life. I am glad the experience was shared with Bronwyn and Matt at cpap cranbourne. I trialed a machine for a month and now purchased. Browyn definitely made me feel less anxious about the while experience and was very knowledgeable. I am very grateful for their after sales service going forward too. Thanks Bronwyn and Matt.

Very reluctant to start CPAP therapy, but both Matt and Bronwyn at CPAP Network in Cranbourne were wonderful. They took me through the process and offered great support and advice. Would thoroughly recommend the CPAP Network in Cranbourne.

Fantastic service and support. Couldn’t be any better. Whenever we called in they were very polite, helpful and communicated with us very well. Firstly I hired a machine for 1 month and Matt helped me learn how to use it. Bron & Matt were only a phone call away to answer questions if we needed. They were also very flexible during the hire period. We purchased 2 CPAP machines (a new one for my husband as well: ResMed Air Mini which is a great CPAP for travelling) - with great after sales support.Thanks Bron and Matt.Highly recommended.
