Alstonville Settlers Motel

We were a family of five with three young children, and we stayed one night on the way. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the beds were very comfortable, there were two TVs, a small refrigerator, and a nice bath. The room was very basic, but well maintained. A small shopping center is 2 mins away by car.

This was one of the best, if not the best I've ever stayed in. I was in the area for Bluesfest and the Alstinville Settlers Motel was an excellent choice compared to the overpriced accomodation in Ballina and Byron Bay

Very clean and well set-up. Shower was great.The family room was perfect for our stay, and tv in the main room and the kids room was very handy. Staff were lovely and accommodating with our need to check-in late.Beds were not too bad comfort-wise.Very impressed and recommend for anyone with a family.

We stayed at the Settlers motel for 3 nights just recently.What a pleasant surprise.Clean peaceful room made up each day, with a fully stocked bar fridge..We will definitely stay again,Thanks to the wonderful hosts who made our stay memorable..Can't recommend them enough.Many thanks Harry & Jo Fulda

Very tidy rooms, not overcrowded, great shower. There was a small pool that we didn't have a chance to swim in due to it only being a overnight stop on our way up the coast, but appeared clean and well maintained. Very friendly service, the owners (and their puppy) were just lovely

The best motel I have stayed at, it was clean & quiet with good air con, I highly recommend it. Close to restaurants, also excellent.

This is a brilliant place to stay. The rooms are clean and smell really nice when you go in. The grounds are lovely, too. Check in and out was easy and they have a mini snack bar in the room that is very reasonably priced, unlike the extortionate rates I've paid at other hotels/motels. Staff were also awesome. I'll be staying here every time I come up that way from now on.

Nice clean place. The lady who was in reception was lovely. We had work vehicles with trailers and she let us park on the nice lawn so we could leave early in the morning

This beautiful motel was absolutely amazing! The owner went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The room was super clean, comfy, cute and best of all … quiet! The rooms are set back from the road (quiet!) and come complete with little heart jars of milk in the mini fridge - it’s the little things that make this place so special. Very reasonable prices - a bargain secret find actually - with really nice manicured grounds and quirky old Australia type things ie little windmills and carts around the grounds. It had such a nice feel and is a rare gem to find something so nice and affordable. The room also had a really nice smell - like fresh flowers!Thank you for making this stay so nice for my husband and I at short notice for a wedding. The owner was so nice and friendly and accommodating. You can tell she has enormous pride in her motel - it shows by how much love she gives the rooms and her guests.So happy we stayed here! Great little hotel, nice quiet location. There is lots of parking for cars inside and a few trucks can park on the road.Like the settlers look around the hotel. There is a pool for the hot summer's day.Nice place to visit, will come back soon .Thanks.
