Cyrus was a great help, kept things simple and efficient.He installed our printers and then also helped us to set up the very smart program that orders your ink for you when it gets low so you don't have any issues from when you get your printer to the up keep and maintenance of the ink levels. I was very impressed with this, and Cyrus was very helpful to help us set this up in a matter of minutes!I would recommend these printers and program to anyone who is in need in one and if I needed something like this in the future I would be confident to go through Global Document Solutions.

I placed an order for a home printer/scanner/fax and this was delivered within a day or two. Cyrus Dickie is the sales person that I have always had dealings with and he is so helpful and efficient.The machine arrived within a couple of days and initially I had problems setting up however support were amazing and everything is up and running.Would not hesitate to recommend Global Document solutions and the sales and support staff.Machine is fantastic.
