Disgusted by their scare tactics to make money. I specifically chose not to book an additional add on service after carefully considering and research. Subsequently the salesperson tried scare tactics to convice my elderly mother who is from a non English speaking background into buying the additional services to the point that she called me worried. After i had explained to her and calmed her down, the salesperson then continued their harassment by calling me during my workday to try and scare me into the sale. I was disgusting, despite numerous instances where i said i was not interested, by their instances and will avoid this company where i can. There are plenty of other better alternatives.

I called into Beaureapairs after going elsewhere (mistake) as my two new front tyres ‘didn’t feel right’The delightful Tim and his team bent over backwards to help me- they examined my tyres and established that I have likely paid for a wheel alignment elsewhere that I didn’t actually get.Not once did Tim and his team ask for payment they were happy assisting us and understanding where the other company had gone wrong.Never did they disparage the competition either.I will be getting all future works done at Beaurepairs and will recommend them to everyone!!They are amazing and did not make me as a woman feel stupid!

Went in for a wheel balance. Was quoted $55 over the phone. The guy said he’d look after and that he did! Really friendly and only charged me $40!. Used to hearing “I’ll look after ya” from mechanics and tyre shops this time I was. Highly recommend

Booked in for a wheel alignment and dropped car off at 10am for pick up around 2pm. Guy started off by telling me all the things he couldn't do, none of which were relevant to the work I had booked in for. Got a call at 1:50pm saying i needed 4 center bore locators and they hadn't done any work, nor could they do any work today because they'd need to order parts. This has never been an issue in the 10+ years i've owned my car, nor with previous wheel alignments and tyre balancing. My best guess is that they just didn't want to do the work. Absolute time wasters.

Brilliant service here today. I arrived having just felt a screw go into one of my front tyres. The team sorted me out and promptly got me back on the road. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
