We came to Grant in immediate help after being left in the lurch by two other companies. Grant was responsive, and acted immediately telling us he could be there in a few days to try and negate what council were after. After working meticulously all day digging holes (spending 8 hours in the heat) and writing notes making sure we could do what we needed to, Grant then sent a professional, well written report outlining to council what exactly we were to do/needed to do. We have just received notice that we have been approved for our DA. We can not thank Grant enough for his professionalism and help throughout the stressful process. Grant is very efficient, responsive and has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of his field. We had a complex site of which Grant prepared an Effluent Management Report. There were concerns that due to the site constraints we would have difficulty in obtaining approval, however, no question/objection was raised from Council and we have just received our septic approval after ONE WEEK (we were told by Council they generally take 4-6 weeks). I have had 3 reports prepared by Grant over the years, I would highly recommend him. He has extensive knowledge of geology, modern septic systems, and the regulations surrounding it all. Very thorough and meticulous with the site investigation, will advise on the most suitable system and present a strong case for it in his report. When he arrived with an array of weathered augers in the back of a trusty ute i was pleased, and when he emerged clad in old school tracky daks and dusty blundstones I knew I had the man for the job.
