Markham Reserve

Lovely park, well-maintained and clean with a large playground for the kids and ample parking. A nice walking/cycling track throughout and plenty of space for dogs off leash. Wonderful experience, though on the busier side — and for good reason!

Beautiful playground with so much to do for all ages. Plenty of shade for hot days and lots of picnic benches for small parties. Also has a nice size snad pit.

There is some parking on Victory Boulevard and on Markham Avenue. The playground is a mid-sized thing that's a cut above your average, little suburban thing. There are open areas for recreation and a Cricket club. There's a public toilet near the playground. What I like most about this (as someone who predominantly heads to parks to explore/walk) is that the Gardiner's creek trail at the back (with the Golf Course beside it for some of the way on the other side of the creek to the trail) is quiet and a pretty enough walk. It's not really obvious on the map, but if you check out my photos, you'll see what I mean. There is also an off-leash area (according to the map) somewhere between the playground and the Cricket oval.

Great place for kids of many ages. Huge playground with many facilities. If only it had more shaded areas. Completely fenced off so nice and safe and right next a bicycle park as well as plenty of parking

A great local park. I attended a birthday here, and there was a lot of variety of games the kids could play. Lots of space too.

Gated playground with lots of room for kids to run around. Large net climbing area is fun.

A nice playground with lots of facilities. Most of the area are shaded from the sunshine by the trees adjacent and roofs above the playground!

What a place! Big grassy reserve with the most excellent children's play area I have ever seen. It's huge, and filled with all kinds of amazing playthings: bridges, climbing bars, webs -- fantastic! And there's a small skate park next to it, and a basketball ring.There's also an oval and bowling practice nets. And, a pretty little community garden.Beautiful.

Nice location, plenty of shade, safe and a great variety of play equipment for different age groups.

Wide open spaces with stunning flocks of Sulphur Crested Cockatoos celebrating the blue skies. The creek runs by the community gardens and the facilities for sports and clubhouse are modern and well maintained. Such a lovely community spot to spend time.
