Brad from The Drain Man was great. On time, super professional and had our blocked ensuite sorted in no time. Head office was great too - called first thing in the morning and had us booked in the same day. Overall great service and reasonably priced.

Wanted to gain access to my sewer for service works for the street, and told my wife they would return and never came back. Didn't back fill the hole left it open and I have a dog and a child that play in the backyard and they could hurt themselves by falling in the hole.The drain man called me wanting access to my drain and I was gave them access then they leave it like this. It's disappointing, to back fill is not hard also putting my dog and child at risk. Not happy

Andrew was professional and thorough. I had a blocked storm water drain which Andrew was able to resolve in so far that the drains are now cleared and functioning on my property but an issue remains beyond.Without Andrews handy work I would not understand the extent of the issue and it has saved having to dig up the backyard at this point in time.

Shaun arrived on time as promised, diagnosed the blockage issues quickly and cleared build up of years of dirt and rubble without the need to dig or disrupt our paving. Very impressive hi tech equipment , even sends a video link to confirm blockage cleared with no further issues to deal with. Cleaned up after the process, absolute value for money and highly recommend them.

Contracted The Drain Man to investigate a potential storm water issue. Paul attended site on-time and provided a professional, friendly and thorough inspection. Good news is... there was no major issues with the system. Money well spent. Highly recommend.

The Drainman staff attended our property to locate and check a sewerage pipe in the rear of our property, which runs under our ecisting deck. They arrived promptly and were very friendly. There was no disturbance to our yard or deck, as they were able to access and film the 2m deep pipe using underground camera technology, fed from a nearby access point. All in all, we had a fabulous experience with the Drainman crew.

Our storm water pit was filling up & over flowing during heavy rain events, causing flooding into our garage.Extremely prompt response!Professional on all levels!Efficient & accurate in diagnosis & fix - removing t large tree root mass growing & blocking the inside a pipe.Knowledgeable & cost-effective!Friendly & so pleasant to have on the job!Would 100% recommend The Drain Man!!
