Great service and good developers.

An expensive and horrendous experience engaging Creativ Digital to upgrade our e-commerce website from Magento 1 to Magento 2. The project was poorly managed, our emails would go unanswered for weeks until stern follow up emails were sent. Our site was delivered for testing without a shopping cart or checkout. I struggle to reconcile the service level promised in the engagement letter and the reviews I read on Google, Facebook and LinkedIn to the service we received. There was no attention to detail, no discussions with us (the customer), no regard for user experience, no best practice knowledge, no regard for site optimisation, go-live dates missed, all the work goes offshore and there is no supervision from Scott in Australia.After two years of waiting for a complete site, we engaged a new (highly experienced) team of Magento 2 developers to take our site from what was handed over, to a site we could go-live with. The transition from Creativ Digital to our new team was painful and costly as Creativ Digital were not forthcoming with access and license information. Creativ Digital were a very unpleasant and stressful company to work with.

The staff at Creativ Digital was responsive and spent a lot of time collaborating with me to make sure they delivered exactly what my business wanted. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome of the new website structure and design. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to give their website a transformation, or if you are starting a new business.I would definitely do business again with Creativ Digital in the future.
