Good Rental Experience. I've been with Pure Real Estate since April and they have been really great thus far. The initial renting process was a breeze, and any issues at the rental have been attended to promptly. They're easy to contact and have lovely staff which makes a huge difference - would recommend!

Honest and Hardworking. Paul was an agent I had seen in action before I hired him to sell my apartment. He was patient and provided me good advice throughout the sale period. The sale was made on Christmas Eve, when many people would normally have been on holidays. He got it done and followed through the whole way. The communication was excellent from his end. I have no hesitation in recommending him for other sellers.

We were tenants renting a house managed by Pure (have just vacated as the landlord decided to sell) and I have to say that over three decades of renting, Pure were one of the best property managers we have had to deal with. They attended to major problems quickly and arranged a same-day temporary gas hot water system when ours broke, until a new permanent one could be installed a couple of days later. After one quarterly inspection where they had taken photos of the ancient, tiny, and less than ideal bathroom sink, they installed a new sink and vanity - without us even having to ask.They communicated the owner's intentions to us about selling in a transparent manner. They quickly provided us with a lovely reference to secure a new tenancy. They are refunding the entirety of our bond with none of the money-grubbing pettiness that we have seen from other real estate agents. If you have to rent, and have to deal with a real estate agent/property manager, from my 5 year experience as a tenant, Pure seems to be one of those rare things: an ethical, fair, real estate agency! They treat good tenants with the respect we deserve for maintaining the value of the property while paying down the mortgage.

Tia Borg is one of the worst real estate agents I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She was completely unresponsive for days at a time, incompetent and unable to listen, and above all else, she is a liar. After putting in an offer after the first open home, she eventually told me the owners accepted the offer and got me to sign a contract - only to find out this wasn't true! I stopped looking for another home & was almost left homeless due to her utter lack of caring about others and irresponsible way of conducting business". To top it off
