Chemist Warehouse Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre

Most of the staff are usually pleasant here however the pharmacist who served me today must have been having a really bad day because she was rude for no apparent reason. Even other’s commented on her attitude. Hoping she has a better day tomorrow

Store has a 7 days return policy, my pregnant wife tried to return a wrongly labelled product after 10 days and there was no budging. Not worth arguing, we’ll just take our business elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and head to Bridge Rd!

Helpful floor staff and MOST pharmacists, however there is one tall Pharmacy Assistant behind the counter by the name of Sam who has been quite rude to me on multiple occasions when picking up my repeat script. He makes my experience of picking up a simple script for something which I require such an anxious and tedious task. It has come to the point where I do not look forward to approaching Chemist Warehouse in the shopping centre if he is working and I need to buy something. Other than this very negative experience with Sam, I am overall happy with the establishment. Making jokes at people's expense is not ethical nor nice, and I hope not a part of the corporate culture at Chemist Warehouse. Do better Sam. I do not need to leave Chemist Warehouse feeling anxious because you decide to make jokes at mine, and others expense.

We dropped into this Chemist Warehouse outlet late this afternoon before visiting IKEA. The layout of the store is good however we had difficulty today in finding the product that we were after and so we're thankful today for the customer service we got in quickly locating it.

Absolute disgraceful jockey they got as a pharmacist. Ask for better brand of Amoxicillin, gave me some home brand as it was coming out of his pocket. When I first requested it, told me to go see my Doctor again.

Yesterday had a bad experience! This was my first time go to chemist at Richmond. I ask the asian girl to assist me where the item located as this is my first time to the shop. She was uninpatient with anger tone. And she said the store don't have this product without helping me checking at all. Today I went to CBD chemist and I found the item that I would like to purchase yesterday!!!Just a friendly advise that if the girl /lady is not happy with the work, she can just take a off day. Not get Maid on the early morning 11am

Interesting to come here and see similar reviews/poor experiences at this CWH! An extremely unpleasant pharmacy and customer service experience - particularly from the pharmacist this morning. She was condescending and lacked experience and patient care. No requirement for me to expand on the specifics of my review at this point as I have already phoned up directly to provide my feedback and complaint to another pharmacist who seemed much friendlier apologetic and compassionate (over the phone).

I was incredibly disappointed with the attitude on three separate occasions of the pharmacist. She made me feel awful while trying to fill my very, incredibly regular script. She almost refused to fill twice due to myself filling it earlier than usual. Without listening to me or seeming to have any knowledge of the medication I was receiving and the colossal affects that would come from not filling it.This woman was rude, cold and hostile. When she would be ‘helping’ a variety of customers with sensitive needs and questions. I have never ever had these issues EVER with a pharmacist. I love coming to this shop regularly as all the other staff are so friendly and kind and it is so incredibly close and convenient for us. However I actually feel very uncomfortable to come in with my scripts which are certified by a doctor to have a pharmacist give me a hard time?!Chemist warehouse seriously needs to look into this employee as there’s been multiple complaints about her.

Went into chemist tonight and three of the staff were suffering respiratory conditions with colds, flu or covid which I suspect wasn’t the case. Most people working in hospitality or more importantly medical industry in this position would wear a mask but not here. The staff were coughing and spluttering behind the counter. Maybe they should put a mask on in future.
