Is it possible to give less than one star? Legitimately the worst rental experience I've ever had, especially the property manager Kim. Not only was the realestate absolutely horrible to deal with throughout the lease, but when it came time to receive bond back, I found out they had never actually lodged it with the RTA, as per their legal requirement.
