These guys are brilliant! They know Subaru cars inside out, and their customer service is fantastic. My 2006 Forester driver's side power window stopped working. I sent an email enquiry late one Sunday afternoon, and by the morning I had a reply in my inbox stating they could get the parts and repair it. By mid-week the parts had arrived, and I dropped my car off on Friday morning for the repair. An hour later the job was done, at a fraction of the cost that I was quoted at the dealership, without needing a part the dealership told me I apparently needed, and was told the problem will never happen again! I'm a very happy customer, and should I need any repairs in future, I'll definitely be coming back.

Had the head gaskets replaced on my White 2006 Forester. Job was completed in 3 days. Picked my car this evening and it runs beautiful. Honest and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Purchased a new original O2 sensor for my 2003 Forester for $320, including delivery as I was in a rush.I got delivered a fake chinese copy. It obviously didnt work as i tried it before, and that is whay i stated the importance of it being original.When i complained the sent me an original one.I lost the sale of my car because i couldnt deliver it on time.Really bad experience with them

My beloved 2014 Outback Turbo diesel suffered a total alternator failure this morning and these guys absolutely saved my bacon. I could not recommend them more highly. They not only had a replacement alternator in stock but they were able to replace the destroyed old one on the spot after my car was towed there this morning.They are awesome, I am now a VERY happy return customer. They will get my business every time now.I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Selected SubaBits purely from Google reviews and it was a good move. Had the head gaskets replaced & also did the timing chain on my 2010 Forester. Talk about fast. Job was completed in around 3 days and my car is like new again. Well priced, honest and friendly staff. Excellent.
