Goodstart Early Learning Wentworthville

My daughter love it. Previously she was with couple of family day care, but never got settled. Now we are happy she is in safe hand. Staff is good, polite. My daughter returnshappily at home.

Very disappointed with the care and service. They served cold milk and drinks to my daughter during winter. My kid is not a fussy eater ( her milestone and growth curve over 100th percentile ) but she would eat very little whenever she is in the centre and wound return home in a cranky mood.Even there was a payment dispute and we waited for more than a week without any response from their end. When enquired for the 2nd time they mentioned ‘we tried to phone you ‘. There was no missed call from their number. They should have replied via email as enquiry was made via email in the first place.So many kids are sick there with runny nose and my daughter was infected with parainfluenza type 3 after attending the centre on her first week.We had to take FACS leave to look after her when the centre rang to pick up our kid saying she was lethargic, had red eyes and runny nose but no fever. When arrived urgently to pick her up within 30 minutes- discovered that she was having lunch and was quite playful. No red eyes or lethargy was evident. Yes, she had a bit of runny nose- (which was clear in colour- and more than half of the kids in the centre have that )If she seemed to be infectious, being a medical professional, I would never send her off to the centre as I have parental support available at my home to look after my sick kids.Moreover, I have other children who have been to more than 4 centres which were well reputed as well, so I have a good idea what a professional centre should offer.Writing this long review as I find myself responsible to express my honest concern and view regarding my experience with the centre to other parents who would be considering placing their loved ones here.

I visited Goodstart Wentworthville earlier this week for a tour as we are interested in enrolling our son there for care next year. The centre is absolutely beautiful with great resources for the children. I particularly loved the outdoor space with the mud kitchen and sandpit. The staff that showed me around were very friendly and easy to chat to. When I went, they were very conscious about illness and were all wearing masks. I appreciated this due to the influx of covid cases at this time. They explained all the practices for the babies room very well and answered all my questions. I was also impressed with their overall exceeding rating. Looking forward to hopefully working in partnership with them to provide care for my son.

My little daughter started at Goodstart Wentworthville when she was 11 months old. Right from our tour of the centre at the beginning, the orientation days, staff helping us understand all the admin and my daughter starting at the centre - all of the staff were/are incredibly welcoming, helpful, professional and friendly.My daughter has made huge improvements in her gross motor skills, fine motor skills and social/emotional learning since starting at Goodstart Wentworthville. There is a real family feel to the place and all the staff know my daughter and say hello to us when we arrive (not just the Nursery staff).The staff are so caring, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a wonderful place for my daughter and I highly recommend this centre to all parents.

All staff are friendly and welcoming, the space is bright and clean and very calm atmosphere!

A great centre to send your children to. The staff are warm, friendly and nurtured my children. Highly recommend to visit and send your children there.

The Centre is a great space for children, with a nice outdoor area. There is a nice community feeling in the space, and we are getting great feeback from the children about the educators.The Centre director was very helpful in assisting with the enrolment of vulnerable children from a refugee background.
