Glen installed a large mantelpiece for our home. He is a a true craftsman, the look and finish surpassed our expectation.His pricing was very competitive and he cleaned up everything as he went, who could ask for more. Brilliant, I'd give 6 stars if I could!

We had a pool fence installed about 9 years ago. A specification was not quite up to scratch for regulations. Josh has arranged for this to be rectified at no additional charge to us.We would certainly use Stepahead Carpentry in the future.Thanks Josh, great service.

bad experience.. after they did the work and installed new stairs for our new house .. we eventually found work faults&marks on steps after removed protection cover but when we complained about work faults managers were rude &didn't fix the issue instead they blamed it on other site workers or us with some ridiculous excuses even though stair steps were covered by stepahead installer for protection after installation as standard process to protect stairs during building process?? so at the end they got there money and we paid extra from our pocket to remove the marks ...unfortunately its a lessen for us.

We can not speak highly enough of the professionalism shown by the whole team at Stepahead Carpentry, and the craftsmanship of their product.Although our renovation was a small one requiring only 4 stairs and glass balustrading, we were very well looked after from beginning to end by each team member from sales through to installation. Even when we arrived unannounced at lunch time one day to verify that the timber selected indeed was the best match for our new flooring, our request was not an inconvenience and we were taken around to see the timbers.Further, timelines were met, the quote was detailed and at a more reasonable price than those of other companies.All in all we had a fabulous, fuss free experience and just as importantly we love the stairs!Without hesitation we would recommend Stepahead Carpentry!Don & Mira
