Initially Had used EPL repairs based in Bella Vista had no clue how to fix my washing machine said he would have to order a part and it would take 5 days to bring in and still demanded full payment. Went with Northwest Appliances next day Keith? identified problem had the part with him fixed in 20mins. Thank you.

I highly recommend this business! I phoned in a panic as both of my Fisher and Paykel dish drawers would not open. Glen managed to talk me through the fix over the phone and was extremely helpful and informative. Will definitely use again! 5* service!
