Engaged fresh n dry for bond clean, pest spray and carpets. They arrived on time and cleaned however the cleaning was to a very poor standard. They had to return after the real estate inspected the property to rectify many issues that a professional cleaning company should not miss.Even after they returned many issues were still not fixed which meant we had to pay additional cleaning costs from our bond. Fresh n Dry refused to pay any compensation and do NOT honour their work.Recommend finding another company, they are unprofessional and cleaning to a very low standard.EDIT: Your response is consistent with all your email correspondence. Nothing but excuses and not willing to accept responsibility ability for your work. It’s not normal to pay for a professional bond clean then lose money to cleaning issues.

Regular house clean as well including oven and fridge clean and load of washing.

Mattress clean. Excellent service.

Fantastic service, great job on carpet I thought I would have to pull up. All oily marks gone. Dried fast too. Very professional serviceman with a lot of knowledge. Very happy I know this business now. Good to have this group in my contacts. Will be calling them again.

Do not recommend these people who charge heavy price for doing a1 person job( not up to standard) of 3 to 4 hours while giving quote for a 3 person job of 4 hours .......not recommended at all..from our experience....
