Not happy at all.. Took my 5 years old boy for hair cut.. without asking anything she start cutting his hair, I was trying to explain how to do but she was not in mood of listing and just cut his hair. not even, not clean, poor hair cut..

Just got my hair cut, I asked for number 1 on sides instead got a 2 and asked for half on top, well surprise, surprise the top wasn’t even touched not going there ever again I would only recommend asians going there cause I really couldn’t understand them cause the lady that served me, she was speaking Asian to her coworker and would appreciate it if she was to speak Australian if she is in Australia

First time I've been there, asked very clearly for a 1/2 clipper cut all over, she proceeded to use a 5 clipper, I told her not 5, a half. She then put a 2 on (I think), and I couldn't be bothered telling her again. So hair isn't as short as I wanted, but it's an amateur cut, very uneven, but it was cheap. She needs to learn to listen to her customers. And not rush the job. Also, she wasn't wearing a face mask, the other guy was.

I took my elderly mum in for a haircut. She has very thin hair. The guy said he would just do a Bob, which she's had done before and always looked nice. All he did was cut it off straight across the bottom. No fringe or trim dead ends. 5 minutes and $20. I could have done it myself.

I had worst experience here, the lady took me for hair cut after waiting for half an hour and in the middle of hair cut without even letting me know she went to another customer and again kept me waiting in the middle of hair cut. Even the hair cut was not good

Went to this place to get an haircut twice on 22nd Sept.Both the times the guy told me he was busy. he had just one customer though, he was working on, both the times. Today (23rd sept. ) I went to him at 9:15am. He told me the same thing that he was busy, with just one customer. Told him i was ready to wait till he finishes with that customer. He said he doesn't have the time at all and asked me to come in the evening. And was not ready to speak to me. Don't think i wanna go back there again.

Came for a walk-in haircut and the whole experience felt very rushed. She wet my hair clumsily and I had water dripping all over my face. Said I wanted bangs and she didn't ask how I wanted them before she started snipping away. The end result was uneven and not how I wanted it. Do not recommend.

Rude and worst staff i ever encounteredShop was open, went in an asian guy was sitting there, I politely asked about a price for a hair do, he rudely said its his lunch break and asked to leave the store.WE ARE YOUR CUSTOMERS! AND WE PAY?don’t treat people like sh*t.And if its your lunch break, don’t keep the shop wide open and ask us to leave thanks.

Staff very rude and would not listen to what I was asking. Started cutting hair while I was still explaining. Disregarded what I was saying and talking to other staff members in their language not listening to a word I said. Very poor haircut and unhappy with service
