Peter was absolutely fantastic. Booked me in very quickly, arrived on time, and did an excellent job of fixing my fridge seal - shuts like a dream now! He even twiddled with a few extra things in the fridge. All round great service. Thanks Peter. Would highly recommend.

Next day service. Helped trouble shoot the fridge door and properly replaced the seal. Great value and removed the risk of buying wrong one/ incorrect installation with diy.

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option as I am deeply appalled and frustrated. For SE suburbs (around the Glen Waverley - Wheelers Hill area) I had to deal with a technician called James, who is absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible to say the least.After the initial inspection about three weeks ago, he asked me to turn off my fridge, and was supposed to come the following week. Whilst the fridge was turned off for over 10 days, whenever I messaged or called to confirm, he came up with an excuse that he can't come and thanked us for our understanding and gave us a new appointment. Long story short, he was finally supposed to come this morning, and despite ignoring our messages of confirmation yesterday, we still had good faith in him cause we thought the kids being sick excuse is genuine! After taking the day off today and hours of waiting and more than three weeks without a fridge, once I called him, he just came up with a non-genuine sorry and another excuse, after of course his failed attempt of pretending not to know who he is speaking to!I mean if he was human enough, this was as simple as just saying hey I won't be able to do this job, find someone else; instead of making his kids sick, and making us live without a fridge over three weeks and just dragging us along with excuses and this appalling behaviour! What a horrible way of doing business!Just be aware and please please do yourself a favour and not get involved with this company and especially JAMES! Otherwise, if you do get involved, you'll never have your fridge fixed during the planned time, and also be out of pocket thousands of dollars for having to eat out for about three weeks, whilst the technician and useless head office all avoid you and your concerns and just blur a non-genuine meaningless sorry!
