Drove across town to Keilor site after reading good reviews, only to be refused service because of self-imposed Covid rules excluding retail sales, serving trade & account holders only. No website alert displayed. Other customer was present at counter, no mask wearing evident by any staff seeing it was such a big issue......where's the logic in that kind of business thinking? A waste of time & fuel.Walked away very disappointed!

Please use All about sheet metal for your transition needs. I contacted these guys on Friday, I got told my transitions will be completed by Tuesday arvo at the latest. After the weekend I get a call from Peter requesting more info on plans. The plans we sent through were more than sufficient to complete the job, however he was not confident in doing the job, even despite having over 30 years experience (as we have been told). Naturally, my installer and I both insulted peter as he was extremely rude and cocky on the phone to both of us.We will bit be doing business with vicair until they sort they're customer service issues out.We now have to tell our client they will not have air-conditioning this Christmas. We are extremely disappointed.

Very friendly team of people that work here. I swapped something over this morning and they had no qualms at all. Very happy to help me. I highly recommend this business. Their range is well priced enormous and the quality is great.

I bought the iZone system for our zoned ducted air conditioner and received great sales service and technical advice. The product is solid, easy to install and works reliably, even with remote access. I have slowly bought and added extras to the system for greater control and have had no problems at all. Climate control keeps our zones exactly on their setpoint. Highly recommended.

Bit of a shame a sign at the front door says 'Trade customers or accounts only. No retail customers'. There's nothing like that mentioned on the website. Do you really think I'm going to pay someone (probably $300) to come out with some duct tape to replace a heater vent (diffuser)?
