Poor warranty service. I’ve had 2 replacements sent and both wrong.

Zero warranty service. I have screen protector glass cracked today. My claim was rejected with reference on terms and conditions like normal wear and tear case. However my phone was only slightly dropped from 10-15 cm distance on wooden surface that cracked the glass.I expected much better warranty for such case for product costs $40 in official apple store. Moreover apple’s staff has told that any cracks would be covered by Belkin for a number of years ahead.I am really disappointed with such service. I’d consider buying new glass protector from Ali Express for $3 which will work out exactly the same.
