The nurse who attended to me is in need of public relations communication. I found her to be rude and abrupt. Asking DOB, Phone, could have asked DOB please, Phone number please. Just rude.

Waiting to have a blood test this morning (7/2). Waiting room was full, and they were very busy. Lee was very nice in updating us on who were the next few in. Everyone was very patient while waiting and the staff were doing the best they could.

Caveat emptor. Use the free ACT Pathology services down the road people.Contacted client services to discuss as requested, nil response. This neatly sums up Capital Pathology.Pathology did not follow Dr' instructions when processing samples + Lost samples (repeat test with delays for treatment incurred). Loss of confidence from Dr and myself.

Highly recommend Capital Pathology, staff at reception were very helpful and accomodating, once seated I had to wait less than 2mins before being seen and bloods taken. It was 8:00am and was quite busy. Pain free and caring.Thank you,

I have been going to capital Pathology in Tuggeranong on and off for a few years now and the staff that work there are very friendly, kind, compassionate and very good at their job.They welcome everyone in with a smile and remember regular client names.I have been told multiple times from other places that I am a tricky person to get blood from but every time I come here the staff seem to do it with such ease and use proper standard techniques.If anyone needs a blood test go to these guys!

Waited 20 mins to only be told that they won’t take anymore people even though there was still 40 minutes before they close with 2 people in front. Always messed around whenever I come to a Capital Pathology
