I ordered two dinnerware sets online in early March. Unfortunately, after three weeks, I didn't receive an update on my order.Knowing the delays with COVID and the floods, I emailed asking when the items could be expected to be shipped/delivered. After waiting a week, I received no reply so I called.The man I spoke with confirmed that the items were on backorder and likely shipped in early May. He said they would contact the supplier and give me a callback and confirm a rough ETA - they didn't.In mid-May, I emailed again. After a waiting a week I didn't get a reply, so I had to follow up with another phone call. Eventually I received a refund, but I'm disappointed by the lack of transparency or customer service.Before placing an order, I suggest finding a more reputable company.

I have discovered this wonderful store about 12 years ago. If you love cooking, baking and entertainment, this should be your go to store. This store caters mostly for the local hospitality sector and has many quality products. It is very seldom that I can not find what I am searching for. They used to stock a wide range of German, American and French cook and bakeware, but recently there was a shift in the product focus. They are very helpful to accommodate any requests though. The retail staff is always friendly and helpful. It is a great store if you are shopping for wedding, Christmas or birthday presents too. You always get great value for money.

Scott and the team here are always happy to help and assist with anything you need. I have been coming here for a few years and use their services for my cafes. They are always efficient, reliable and best prices. Do yourself a favour and make the trip!

They don’t look after their customers well. Closing whenever they feel like. I was driving 40minutes, arrived 20minutes before their official closing time just to get told that they wanted to go home early.There are plenty better suppliers guys who look after you. CK
