Worst ever customer service over the phone, person on the other side of the phone call did not want to help in any way and wanted to finish the phone call as she did not sound interested.

I had the same experience with Linda. I found her very unprofessional and rude but I did observe a few clients who were happy with her services. She and a few others put me off seeing psychologists altogether.Psychiatrist Dr Miao on the other hand knows what she is doing and takes great care in her work. She relieved me of my symptoms of schizophrenia. I would highly recommend her.

Very bad experience. The receptionist was very unprofessional and deleted my e-mail that includes my GP referral. They promised me to notify me when the appointment was ready, but I waited for a week and nobody contacted me. Won't trust this clinic any more, you contact them with care.
