Great staff and even though it's small you can pretty much find what you need. Parking can be a pain at peak times.

Went to Valley Heights Bunnings because of an item I required which stated it was in stock. Drove from upper Blue mountains based on stock availability as per the website. Arrived at Bunnings and spoke to a woman at the counter who stated they were not in stock. She refused to check the stock while I was there and she did not escalate to manager as per my request. I called the Manager and complained , the Manager rang me back and said theye were in stock afterall. Something is terribly wrong with the staff at Valley Heights Bunnings and they clearly need either better management and or better training in customer service. The manager could learn a thing or two from the Katoomba store who have great staff and more importantly they have a geart attitude towards their customers.

It's always great to go to Bunnings. While trying to remember the shopping list I find quite a few other things i need. The staff are always helpful when I need to be point in the right direction or want advice on a project

Amazingly helpful, friendly staff in general store and professional knowledge in timber store both areas extremely well stocked.No need to look elsewhere save time and money. Thanks all, I enjoyed the experience.Regards Phil.

Staff are friendly and even though the parking is small, I've never had an issue finding a spot. The 3 stars is mostly for the smaller range of goods compared to other Bunnings stores, but I understand they don't have the same floor space when building on a mountain

Great source of advice and info. Also hired a ute here to get rid of some green waste. The staff were great as the previous hirer was a bonehead. He returned it late, rather dirty and not refueled. The Bunnings side of the process was easy.

I had to replace a pump for our water tank. I know nothing about water pumps. A knowledgeable and very helpful gentleman called John assisted me. I always get great service and assistance at Bunnings, but this gentleman went above and beyond to ensure I got the right pump and knew what I was doing. I've now installed the pump and it's working perfectly.Thank you
