Very understanding and patient vet and support team. Our dog was bitten by a brown snake and the vet calmly laid out all the symptoms, treatment options and scenarios. Highly recommended.

Compassion was far and few here. The lady vet was quite rough with our dogs, bad mouthed us, was passive aggressive and not to mention the language spoken amongst the staff. Not professional at all. ALL animals deserve good kind care from a vet. This was not the case. Setting up young animals for trauma & vet visit anxiety. Customer service was also appalling. Rude staff in whole. Not the vibe in this clinic. Could do with improvement here or leave the industry

Wonderful place; kind, gentle and efficient staff. I presented them with a very difficult and uncooperative patient today and they took her tantrums in their stride. --- Not sure the cat wants to go back any time soon but I have no problem with as many return visits as she needs. (Have enclosed a photo of Tsareena, after she got home and calmed down.)
