I just want to thank Toro and his team for the great job hey did to my previous home I got back my bond clean without any difficuty I would like to recomend evrybody to opt for this company if you need bond cleaners.

Bond clean was not done properly asked to go back and inly got abuse and excuses

My tenant left the house as a sh*t and these guys cleaned it very well I recommend everyone to use this company

We hired them for a bond clean. They are very friendly and Toro is very nice and easy to deal with. Did a great job with the clean! I recommend them!

I came to read the comments here last week and I took them as they had good reviews. They did a bond clean two days ago even The real estate was satisfied .cudos to them

Worst Cleaners ever! Absolutely horrible!!! We engaged them for bond cleaning and they said they guarantee their cleans to the real estate standards. We had an exit report from the real estate agent and we were shocked to see the house so dirty. Charged around $1000 but left the house in the mess. Even left the rubbish.We complained to them about it and even sent them the report and photos. Real estate agent took our entire bond money(and fairly so) to get the house cleaned again (plus few days of rent until the house became rentable again)Guys, please don’t engage these cleaners. They aren’t even worth $200I note your response to my wife’s review below. I have your invoice and receipt and I will now take this to the office of Fair Trading! A lot of people have contacted me after seeing our review and we will all complain to the department.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!This was an absolute abysmal service. I do not recommend anyone use their service. We were forced to use them last minute and they wanted payment upfront, we thought it was a bit odd but complied anyway.I came home from work to find the house in a far worse state than when I had left it with them. They were also late on the day. I then spent another 2 hours cleaning up after their mess but had to return the keys so I couldn’t clean the whole place.I called Toro and he said that we will await the outcome of the real estate exit report. I then called to say we had failed due to a lack of cleanliness. He then arranged that he would come back on the next business day after collecting the keys from the real estate.When I called to follow up he no longer picks up my calls and the real estate states he did not pick up the keys and carry out the re clean.A thoroughly unprofessional service. I will be looking at taking this further. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.**update, after leaving this review he has now called me back and after denying cleaning the property he proceeded to abuse me over the phone.

Worst bond clean. They take your money in advance and give you the worst outcome. Due to bad standards of cleaning, our real estate had to charge us again for a full clean. Yes we had to pay these guys and the real estate another $1300 for the bond clean. I wont blame the real estate because i personally went to see the house and they were correct. The standard of clean was dismal. They even damaged the blinds in the process.Please don't use them or if you use them, don't pay until the real estate finishes their inspection. Once they get their money, they wont listen to you.
