I couldn't have asked for better service. The booking was quick and efficient, and an appointment was available next day. Harley called before he was due, turned up on time, did the job quickly and efficiently, and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommended.

Rang 4 times at different times of the day and was put on hold then disconnected each time.Obviously to busy to answer phones.Won’t be using.

Auto King did a mobile roadworthy for me. They were prompt and diligent with the car testing.

Luis came on time and rang me beforehand to double check what repairs were necessary to ensure he had the parts needed. He was thorough, professional and did a great job for a good price. I shall be using him again and recommending him to friends.

Unrealiable time wasters! Had me booked for Friday 23/11/18 @0830hrs only to call at 0820hrs to say they had double booked me. I was happy to move the appointment to 1600hrs. No one turned up and no messages. Called the office and a rude male answered and didn't let me finish what I wanted to say and kept interrupting me what suburb

Prompt - arrived early to carry out RWC. Friendly enough. However I won't be using these guys again. I was told I needed several hundred dollars worth of repairs before they would pass it. I took it for a second opinion through a reputable and big name mechanic/inspector as I just felt like I was being taken for a ride. The car passed with flying colours. When I brought up to the second mechanic, the reasons Auto King failed the inspection, I was told that was ridiculous and those 'problems' were definitely not problems at all. Their service was also rather expensive, compared to other suppliers. Wouldn't recommend.

I rang up and was about to book a service but the receptionist does not know what customer service is. Very unhappy and will never use this service

Booked in for a service. Rang as time for booking had passed and told my booking couldn’t be found. Was then found and rebooked for another time. Booking time once again came and phoned to see what was happening and told mechanic is running late, at this stage they were 20 mins late. Needed to cancel as I need to go to work this afternoon (advised the person who rebooked) and would not leave enough time for mechanic to do service. Once I advised I needed to cancel I was hung up on.

Auto King seemed helpful in the beginning. They also guarantee same day service, when they were unable to get to me same day, I happily accepted the following days appointment time. Which also meant I was entitled to a $50 discount as stated on their website in a google search. I proceed to arrange my day as the time had be set for the following. Someone then called me back and said she will now have a appointment same day, she called at 3pm and said there was a appointment 4.30pm. At this point I’d already rescheduled my day as I run my own business to have the roadworthy done the following day being that on our first phone call they were unable to assist me same day.The very rude woman who called me back proceeded to laugh at me over the phone when I said unfortunately I won’t be home now as it’s been previously scheduled for the next day, she also went on to say that I would now not receive the discount because she can get there today.In this case out of principle I cancelled the service totally and found a more reliable and honest company to use. I’m sure not all the staff are as rude as the woman I spoke to on the phone (Kathy possibly), however they need to be more clear about their online promotions and not mislead the customer. Wouldn’t recommend this service based on the overall customer service.
