Mr. Fu fixed a very old Omega for me, made in 1960s. He gave me a good price and was very understanding as it wasn’t cheap. I found him to be honest and diligent— and I brought two more watches for him for battery replacements. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommended. You won't find anywhere else this reasonable and professional service. Asked Mr. Fu to replace the belt and to repair minute hand which came loose and didn't move, but he fixed it and put the new belt within 15 mins or so, besides that all costed me less than the belt price we normally find in many repairing stores. So happy :D

Each and every time I have taken my watches in, he's always taken such amazing care of them and they have always come back professionally fixed in no time! I had an extremely negative customer experience with Creative Watchmaker. In January 2022, I took my G-Shock to Creative Watchmaker to replace its battery. The owner of the store (Zuo Fu) did the job. One week later, my watch was destroyed with water inside. I took the watch back to the store, Zuo Fu opened the watch, and all the internal pieces were rusty and unusable. Zuo didn't take the responsibility for the terrible job, and the only option he gave me to address the problem was to buy another watch and pay wholesale price. I didn't agree with that, and Zuo stopped replying my messages and answering my calls. Terrible service.

Great place to get your watch battery replaced and pressure tested. Very reasonable priced as well when compared to the competition in the same building (and I am sure only a fraction of the price if you went back to the manufacturer/agent)
