Choices Flooring

We initially went to choices Joondalup when renovating our house. We wanted carpet for the 3 bedrooms and had an idea of the colour we wanted. We were recommend a style of carpet and quality underlay and also an alternative colour, which the staff suggested would look better in our home than the colour we had in mind. We were given large samples to take home and consider to choose the colour. The advise we received was spot on, the lighter colour we were recommended just looked so much better in our home than what we initially had in mind. The carpet was supplied and laid by choices and we could not be happier with the result.Due to the great service first time around, we engaged choices for some vinal plank flooring for a commercial property we recently finished. We were once again suggested a range of products to suit our needs and budget. The product and install was organised by choices and the finished product is perfect especially on the main staircase.

I recently had my complete house re-carpeted (120m2+) which at first I thought would be a daunting task, turned out to be a breeze. Adam was very informative and knowledgeable in the selection process , even using his skills of interior decorating to find the most suitable colours for my decor'. Pricing was also fair as i did my homework and found Choices Joondalup to be very competitive. Dave the installer was very clean , polite and efficient, even going above and beyond to assist in moving some furniture. Credit to the team at Choices Flooring Joondalup well done guys!

We have been impressed with all aspects of our purchase of wool and synthetic carpets from the Joondalup office. Lettisha was very knowledgable and patient when we were selecting. The installers have done an incredible job... I'm a perfectionist and I am in awe of their work around the frames and edges.

We had our ceramic tiles removed and replaced with composite look-alike wooden floor boards. The result was fantastic and we were very happy with the way Choices supported us during what was inevitably a stressful process.Organising tile removalist and an installer as well as a gasfitter, electrician, and plumber to disconnect kitchen appliances and a removalist to move our heavy furniture and appliances was a major logistic exercise that Choices helped us to navigate.We were glad we chose, and we highly recommend, a Master Installer, for the job, even though it was a bit more expensive. The result has a life-long guarantee and looks perfect.

I suggest you make this your last choice!.Expect your original quote to keep increasing. $190 to cut a door frame and its rough! They don't order the correct amount of flooring even though you paid for it, then finish the job with off cuts.(Not the installers fault, he did a fantastic job!) No apology, no compensation they just play the blame game and only rectify kicking and screaming. Dont expect the job right the first time.Avoid the headaches and shop somewhere else.

Had a wonderful experience with Adam from Choices Flooring. He and his installer went above and beyond for service and delivery. The floors look amazing (Australian spotted gum) and are complemented on each time someone new comes to the house.
