I called Mike during the week of heavy rain when they were at peak demand, Mike was happy to arrange a time to inspect our roof and came at 7am within a few days, other company's that I called told me that they were too busy and that I should call back in three weeks. Mike took images to show me what was required and then Natalie provided regular updates on when the team could get out to our business to do the Job. When it was done it was very professional and the team on site showed me all the images of the work that was completed.
