Very bad customer handling if your indigenous. My aunty and her children were sworn at and yelled out of the store by some hero for steeling when they hadn't even finished getting their shopping yet. Very racist team member.

I agree with the other reviewers- this silly sollys has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in any store. They lack professionalism and have a very rude attitude.,I would rather go to the reject shop than go here- the customer service is better at the reject shop and so is the quality of goods

Worst silly sollys in Australia. The customer service is shocking. I bought a $5 dog toy and they argued with me when I wanted to return it- a 12 wk old puppy chewed pieces off it in 30 seconds. It’s actually quite dangerous for puppies. The man and woman were completely rude and attempted to humiliate me in the store, and actually scoffed at me wanting a $5 refund. They even made a snide remark about reselling the dog toy with pieces off it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
