BEWARE OF PAUL!!If anyone is thinking of using Pauls services, i advise you to stay away at all costs!His website says he won't leave until the customer is completely satisfied.This is complete rubbish as Paul could not leave the job he did on my car quick enough. So quick that he forgot to check if the new paint colour matched.As it turned out the colour was completely different.I called Paul straight away and asked him to come back and fix it but he refused and said he would come back the following Saturday at 9am.I wasn't very pleased about this but i agreed.The following Saturday arrived and Paul sent me a txt at 8.50am, 10 minutes before his arranged arrival time saying that he turned up to the job and that me and my car were not there.This was complete lies as i had been waiting for him in my house and my car was 10 meters away from my front door.he didn't call my phone or knock at my door, he just didn't turn up.After an argument about this over the phone were Paul was aggressive towards me and told me that my car was a heap of rubbish he eventually said he would refund me the money.After days went by and i hadn't received a refund he txt me with a pathetic excuse saying he made a payment but it bounced back and he would instead slide the cash under my door.again, this also never happened and i have been left with a terrible paint job on my car which i have fully paid him for.A few hours after Paul left my car, i found out from a neighbour that what he was doing was actually illegal as he was spray painting a car in the middle of the street right next to other peoples cars. One of which was his brand new Golf. He was also angry that Paul continued to spray paint fumes while his 3 year old daughter was walking past.I had to apologise to him for this but i will now be using this same neighbour to back up my claims when i report this activity to the council.

Paul did an excellent job on my vehicle with almost perfect matching, but he has a lot to work on his customer service.On the day of service he arrived 20 minutes early and kept ringing my mobile asking where I was, I ended up cutting my meeting short and showed up 10 minutes prior to our appointment time, yet still got barked by him over the phone and in person.One of the earlier reviews mentioned Paul was spray painting in open air, spreading toxic fumes everywhere. I can testify this is true - apart from applying masking tape on adjacent panels/wheels, overspray can get to surrondings so Caveat Emptor if your neighbourhood has a lot of foot traffic, espcially with toddlers and infants.Upon completition I asked Paul to provide a tax invoice as part of maintenance records, Paul had intially refused and asked why would I need one in an extremely rude manner.This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible as a business. Considering he doesn't take credit cards, maybe this can be a tip for ATO?

paul from bars plus is a super nice bloke, he came round an hour after a called him and quoted me $270 cheaper than another mobile paint repair guy so I was pretty happy.Paul did the paint repair work the next day and I was really impressed with his work and I couldn't actually see Where he had fixed the scratches.If you are looking for paint repair use Paul as he is affordable and does quality work.Highly recommend!

Paul did a good job on my Mazda 3, and also on my daughters Mazda 2, so when my wife scraped the front bumper of 3 month old Subaru XV I had no qualms getting Paul to do the repair.I sent him photos of the damage, and he quoted me $250.00 to carry out the work. When he came to do the job, he said that it would be $300.00 as the damage to the vehicle was more than he had been led to believe. I told him that the damage was as I had told him, and the photos showed all the areas that needed repairing. He was adamant that there was more damage than expected, even after reviewing the photos , so I said agreed to pay the extra $50.00.Paul carried out the repairs in the garage below the block of town houses were we live, and upon completion it looked okay although the lighting wasn't the best in the garage.After a few of weeks I noticed that the area that was repaired looked a lot duller that the rest of the car and on closer inspection the paint had a couple of finger prints in it and had oil like marks in it, there was also over spray on the headlight.I was washing the car 3 months later and realised that the paint was starting to peel off in the areas where Paul had done the repairs, and I rang him up. He seemed surprised when I told about the peeling paint and agreed to come and inspect it, and make good.Paul said he would be come on the Friday morning and asked my Wife to ring him early to confirm the time. He did not answer the phone despite several calls, but rang back on Friday evening and told my wife he would be over at 09:00 on Saturday Morning. Paul did not turn up and did not answer his phone or call back.I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Paul, but he will not answer my calls or reply to my text.Not to be recommended.

Very impressed! After being sadly let down by another repairer, Paul came to the rescue. A job that I had tried to get done for three months was quoted and completed in less than 48 hours. Workmanship is terrific and Paul was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

I called/emailed about 20 Paint Repair listings that came up on Google and I either got no response or abysmally expensive quotes based on my photos. Paul was the only one who offered to personally to assess the damage as he didn't want to misquote me, which indicates a lot of integrity. We organised a time for him to come back and perform the work at a time/place that suits me and it was a no-fuss process.The result was exceptional and the repair areas so seamlessly integrated. Paul managed to restore my car to pristine condition in half the time and half the price that was quoted by others. He will go that extra mile to make sure his customers are happy.Paul has almost 30 years experience and his customer base is primarily repeats and referrals. They keep him busy enough that he really needs no advertising. But I'm ever glad he chose to list on Google anyway. I now have Paul on speed-dial and more than happy to recommend him to all my family & friends and anyone who reads this review!

Rubbish painter! Did a job for me few months back and paint has already started to crack and peel. Won't be calling Paul to fix it as his work is clearly not up to standard. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

I am highly impressed with the Repaired second ding on my vehicle.They repaired my vehicle at my work so that i didn't have to loose my car for a few days and i could still get the kids in time after school. And it looks fantastic, thank you

I had been quoted thousands for a scratch on my drivers door. Paul repaired it cost effectively and the colour match was perfect. Quick and friendly service would highly recommended.

Paul was amazing. Came early the next day after my initial call and repaired my BMW rear bumper. The repair is perfect. Highly recommend Paul.
