Incompetent business due to inability to manage bookings and no communication skills.I had several lessons at the end of last year with Nathanael. He cancelled my last lesson because he thought we had already completed all of them. After I reviewed the paid invoice I confirmed with him that he cancelled my last paid lesson, so we rescheduled and completed it.At the end of that lesson I advised him I would no longer require any further lessons and would contact them if I did want anymore.Over the last several months, I have been receiving several invoices for unsolicited lessons (on average $700) including attempting to double charge me for the rescheduled lesson that I had already paid for.I have called, left voicemails and text messages with the business and Nathanael and never have received a response.I have now submitted complaints to Access Canberra’s Office of Fair Trading and the ATO.From my experience with them, Nathanael is a good teacher but it has been needlessly painful to deal with their incompetence. How hard is it for a business to respond to a customer trying to resolve an issue that they (the business) have made?Do yourself a favour and find another place that doesn’t waste your time.

Recently started lessons with Josephine, and as someone who has never had any experience I've found her to be knowledgeable, flexible and helpful in teaching the fundamentals of singing and vocal training.

I have been singing with Elisha Holley for approximately 5 years. She focuses on different methods and techniques in order to get the best out of every individual performer. She is also very supportive and takes the time to get to know her students. My technique and performance has greatly improved under her tutelage and I would recommend her for beginning to advanced students.

Great new facilities for lessons and really nice vocal teachers. I have been singing with Elisha for two terms now and she is a great person and a great singing teacher. Really focussed on getting your technique right.
