Great business to deal with. We bought a husqvarna whipper snipper some ago. Brilliant product. Just bought the grown up kids a husqvarna wipper snipper each. Not many businesses who do a pre delivery making sure everything is working correctly and running smoothly. Great service.

They make a sale, then don't want to know.. Brand new boat (2.5yrs old, less than 100hrs) and recently had a sluggish ride, so tried the buldge pump for the first time - didn't work. Got back and a huge amount of water came out when bungs removed. Tested and found a leak from the bait tank. Contacted Bundaberg Marine and their response was it's not uncommon

I cannot recommend Bundaberg Marineland enough, from the initial contact to the finished product of the reporter of my boat, the sales, service and workshop teams were fantastic to deal with.It made the 2 hour trip well worth it and I will be happy to deal with them again, a few other Yamaha dealers could take a page out of these guys book.

Absolute disgusting service (if you could even all it that) We purchased over $16k of outboard and boat trailer and have had no end of issues with the trailer. When calling to have it repaired under warranty, got passed from employee to employee. Was told that they wouldn’t be able to look at it until sometime in May, this is the 2nd time, meanwhile we’re left with an unroadworthy, dangerous trailer. Finally was able to drop off earlier after complaining the above. It has been there a week and a half and no one called to say it was done so called again to check - passed through multiple people to have someone dale? Say oh I think it’s done. Then when going to collect not a single person would come out, actively avoiding, slipping out back doors and into other offices. Absolutely disgusted. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great service and friendly staff.

Paid $325.00 for service of my 30 hp Yamaha after waiting over a week for them to “fit me in”. Launched my boat the next day, it stalled every time I tried to put it in gear, flattening the battery trying to start it. Absolute joke. No family fishing day, only fuming about money for nothing. It was running better before taking it there. I question whether they used qualified marine mechanics. I am a qualified coxswain, so I expect better when paying others for a job, especially when they charge professional rates. Bitterly disappointed.

Fabulous service. We bought a new tinnie here and needed to have it adapted to our boat loader. We were on a tight timeframe and they fitted us in - even thought they were extremely busy. Thanks to Paul, Troy and Leon (?). Would highly recommend Bundaberg Marineland.. Thankyou. Paul & Julie Taylor
