No customer service whatsoever :(Thanks for saving our money as we didn’t buy anythingFYIFilming in public places in Australia. There is currently no law in Australia that prohibits you from filming in a public place without asking for permission. This extends to recording buildings, sites, and even people. You should however, always keep a look out for signs that prohibit film or video recording.

Didn’t have enough time to look around the store as one of the store workers proceeded to grumble at me for filming in the store (for one of my home vlogs) and basically kicking us out. In quote he said “You are coming into my home and filming my property.” Now this isn’t your home. This is your business where you should be conducting trade in a respectful way and not shooing away customers which would have brought profit to you. Just a note for the future guys, if I wasn’t allowed to film you could have easily said “Please could you not film in this store. Thank you.” and not lose profits.

My husband and I are from the west and is just too hard to find quality European food around us. When we found the Fine Gourmet Deli that was it. Every weekend we drive all the way just to do our shopping. Their cakes, fresh deli meat and more is to die for. I just wish they have a deli like that near us.

I love their food, choice, service and the feeling that i can get my childhood flashes in one go :) thank you, guysAfter reading bad reviews, I'm editing my comment to put more details on service I receive EVERY time I'm there from everyone, especially from Maksim and Dima. If I have bags too full - they will even offer to carry them to my car. Very patient and helpful, really taking their time to give details on products. Especially because of their customer service , i chose them over and over again.Few bad reviews stated about being told off for recording inside the store: its their shop, their rules, their culture, their baby. A simple is that ok if i take few photos/vids?"

Great shop for the European deli. Friendly staff!

On the 12th of September of 2017 I have visited the store. Upon leaving I made a comment about the quality of their red caviar which Russian friends recommended to me. The guy who appeared to be an owner of the shop has basically verbally attacked me and told me to leave the store. Terrible experience, never will come back. People who run the place have to get their attitude right. It's not how you do business in Australia! They don't even deserve even one star.
