Almost two weeks after placing my order, I still have not received it. I had to chase it up a week after ordering it, as no updates had been provided to my order at all. It was supposed to come direct from the supplier early this week (it is now Thursday) and upon ringing to see where it was, I was informed that they 'couldn't find it' but have since located it and I should receive it in 4-5 days. At this point, it should have been sent express! The lady I dealt with from reception was pleasant and helpful but otherwise the customer service is non existent. Would not recommend this organisation at all if you are in a hurry for your order.
