Following our washing machine not pumping water out we were advised by these guys that the machine required to be replaced. Based on that advice we bought a new machine, which immediately started displaying the same issues as the old one.On closer inspection there wasn’t actually anything wrong with the original machine, it was the outlet pipe into the sink that was actually blocked. A two-second fix and a step we thought an experienced technician would have included as part of their service investigation.So now we now have 2 fully working washing machines…

Should have read the review before calling. Service man came out after we told him what the issue was with the machine. He confirmed yes this was the issue and that it would be covered by the $85 call out fee as it was a simple job. But also told that he would have to go back and check to see if they have the part.Got a call later that day to let me know the part I was needing is no longer available and also that I'd need to just get a new machine as it was a older machine.I looked online and found the part needed got it sent to me and then called to see when they can fit it considering it was included in call out fee. I was told the service man was unavailable today and will call in the morning. Needless to say I didn't get a call. I left it till later and called back only for the call to be declined. I called again today and guess what the service man is now on holidays was told he was on holidays until late next week I said that's fine because I'm actually off all week so works well. Was told to expect a call later next week... will just wait and see huh!

Excellent, prompt and efficient. My washing machine stopped working. They came out a couple of hours after my call and fixed it straight away. Very reasonable charge.
