went in there today to grab a bottle of wine and i was harassed for id multiple times. had three different people ask for my id before i even got to the counter! i understand it’s their job and i may look ‘young’ but i am 19 and i felt very uncomfortable as i left. wasn’t a very good experience for me, felt extremely judged.

This store is literally one street away from both Kananook Creek and Port Phillip Bay. A large liquor store close to the beach and a waterway ought to be fully aware of the state of their carpark. It is perpetually a disgrace, full of cigarette butts, bottles, broken bottles, cans, straws and, of course, plastic - all waiting to be rained into stormwater. The rear of the store is particularly disgusting.The carpark is metered by City of Frankston. Regardless of whose responsibility to maintain this parking area, it still reflects badly on Dan Murphy's for failing to insist that the litter be removed daily given their environmentally vulnerable location.Shame on this store for being so consistently apathetic about their responsibility to our environment.

Most people will know Dan Murphy's and what they sell and personally I do like Dan Murphy's for its large range, prices, cleanliness and of course customer service. Even though it's in Frankston it's still a great store and definitely worth visiting for personal drinking or gifts which are great for there very large range.

Low prices guaranteed always.Make sure you get a Dan card because it's worth it

Neat and tidy store and very helpful staff

Went here to buy passionfruit liquor and white chocolate liquor.Whilst I can understand when someone is new they may not have the same level of product knowledge as other staff, it takes no experience to want to provide good customer service and be willing to help.Simply taking me to the aisle and saying you'll have to have a look around here" is not great customer service (shane).Some praise for at least recognising that i was not going to accept that and finally realising that he should go get someone who can actually help.I found the products myself.Certainly not the level of customer service you usually receive at a dan Murphy store. It's usually always been very easy to go straight to the staff who show you the exact location where the item is."

I love going to Dan Murphy's, because they always have everything you need and the staff are really nice. Also ample parking and easy access.
