Our machine went into alarm and needed repaires, we also needed a replacement in its absence. Unfortunately the service providers I contacted were unable to help, until i contacted Sam from the Cpapshop.Sam organised for our machine to be sent for repairs under warranty and also made a rental machine available to us for hire despite a serious shortage of available machines, thanks Sam, you are a life saver.

Sam and Claire provided excellent advice and friendly, efficient service, explaining every step of the purchase and setup process. I felt very confident that all my questions were answered and needs were met, and my entire experience from being welcomed, to leaving the store with a complete CPAP solution, took around fifteen minutes. Highly recommended.

Our machine broke while on holidays in Qld and the ladies at the Cpapshop were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, gave us a rental at a great rate and were really friendly and helpful.

Both ladies are very rude and grumpy, they weren't even interested in talking to me about machines and masks. Try Air Liquide Healthcare interested, Alot nicer, honest and Affordable

What brilliant customer service! My hubby and I are currently travelling Australia and my machine decided to have a hissy fit! The terrific team at Cpap Flecker House were a-mazing! Sam organised to get my machine fixed in a very tight time frame! It is now running really well. I cannot speak highly enough of the great and understanding service I received from the team :-) Thank you girls :-) Sleeping easy - Jacqui :-)
