Goldmark Miranda

We bought a Gshock watch. It was faulty so we bought it in for repair under warranty. Rather than sending to Casio for repair they give a a pre-addressed bag and tell we have to send to them to get fixed.The address was the wrong watch company who contacted us to inform us as they realised the situation. I notified gold mark through the Facebook as the store can’t provide any feedback to whom we could talk to. Gold mark gave usual sorry and said they will look into the practice. In the meantime my sons watch in in the mail for over a week. Gold mark service is the worst I have ever encountered! They don’t even deserve a star!

Customer service without a smile or care.

RIP OFF STAY CLEAR - Purchased earrings for mothers day and realised 30mins later they had the same at Prouds for 60% less...They wouldn't give me a refund but only a store credit for their overpriced shop. Appreciate it's my own fault for not reading the refund policy but want to warn others...

I walked in this morning with a pair of diamond studs I had purchased a few months ago at Goldmark Miranda. One of the backs of the studs was faulty so I went into the store without a receipt simply asking what I can do to fix it, not expecting a refund or exchange. After waiting 10 minutes to be served, one of the ladies with blonde hair said hello - didn't apologise for the wait. Rudely asked me where my receipt was, told me to squeeze the back of the earring to make it fit, didn't believe me when I said I had purchased the earrings from that particular store and claimed it must have been very old stock, then half way through me explaining the situation she walked away. Appalled by the dreadful service and will not be returning!!

Staff are absolutely delightful. The Manager is a very helpful man who will go out of his way to please a customer. Fabulous store . I won't be bothering with other jewellery stores in the future - these guys have the best items and customer service by far. Many thanks to all of you guys !!

Good knowledge of watches

Pretty good store, the staff are always really helpful. They are limmited on space so their range isnt huge which is the only disapointing aspect. Over all i recommend it taking a look when you walk past they otften have new products avalible. Its well worth your time.
