John was a really good bloke. Upfront and straight to the point. Laptop was buggered and within a couple hours im back in and it's like brand new. $120 for his time and labour is fair to me. Heaps quick heaps cheap and heaps friendly.

Laptop is repaired after 4 weeks but the screen didn't get replaced as quoted. Instead, I was told the core and whatever hard parts were fixed.But this is not I paid $$$$ for.

DO NOT EVER USE/BUY FROM HERE, this company is one big scam and I regret not reading the other 1 star reviews earlier. I brought my rig in to be built with all fresh and pretty much untouched parts. I got a call saying my CPU was broken which was unusual since it was completely fine before I gave it to him but he said he could fix it for 70$. I received my PC back a few hours after with the CPU still broken and with lots of marks/dents on my case. I repeat, DO NOT EVER GET SOMETHING FIXED HERE.

This guy is the biggest scam artist of all time. He has some contract that he forces you to sign and in the middle of all the small script is a part that says you must pay $70 for just checking the problem. I have attached the contract he forces you to sign. Look at small number 7 of the contract and you can see the fee! You’ve been warned. He will never mention the cost or anything while talking. then when you go back and say okay I don’t want to pay to fix whatever problem it is he freaks out and starts screaming that you have to pay $70 or you won’t get your product back. He will just show up with your broken item instead of giving it back whole. He threatens to call the police. He is an awful, human being. He has done this to numerous people. Read the negative reviews and you can see that he is an awful person who doesn’t care about customer service. It’s extremely stressful. Especially if you don’t speak English fluently it is extremely easy to get scammed here. Please make sure to avoid this place. This place must be shut down. It’s incredible how terrible he is. Be warned even the police can’t fix this. We called the police and they came and just said that they have had this complaint 30 times and can’t do anything. Have to file a civil claim and do it takes weeks or months. Most people just end up paying. They said it’s sad but they can’t do anything. Don’t fall into this trap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This man is a scammer. Simple as that. I took my laptop here with a simple hinge problem, and he kept it for more than two months.The laptop worked perfectly and he claimed that it had some problems that he was going to fix. When I said no, he insisted and told me I could pay half price, so I agreed, because I believed that he really wanted to help me, or that at least he knew what he was doing. Big mistake.When I pick up my laptop, the hinge was indeed fixed but the computer didn't work (It won't even turn on). So I went back and asked him to fix what he caused because that problem wasn't there and never happened before.I REPEAT I ONLY TOOK MY LAPTOP THERE FOR A LITTLE HINGE PROBLEM AND NOW IT DIDN'T WORK.He pretended to be shocked and promised to fix it soon, but after two months in which he didn't reply any of my SMS (and took a holiday in the middle without letting me know), he reappeared claiming that the technician diagnosed that the laptop got a mainboard problem causing dim display of the screen" and that it would cost me $475.Sick of his excuses and unprofessional behavior

If your after a new computer or repairs don't go past this place. Will build to your needs.Accessories, Monitors etc. Great prices.

Helped out with upgrade old computer and added useful extras to both computers . 4.5 stars service.

Good service and good talk with the owner, highly recommended

Been there couple of times. All the parts are genuine. Trust me it's worth paying a lil extra if you love your gadgets.
