Purchased 4G GPS watch for my father who has Dementia in February 2022 & it worked great until it stopped charging a year later. Called the support line only to be hung up on and received a text to ask me what I wanted. Explained the issue and was told to book a support call. Booked the support call & it never came. Emailed them and finally received a call and was told to send the watch in after a lot of phone calls & emails. Sent the watch in over 2 months ago and had not heard from them until I sent an email a month later asking what has happened to the watch. Received a reply that they will follow up. Today I am still waiting for the follow up. By the time I’ll hear from them dad will ever have absconded, immobile or dead! This has been the worst customer service I have ever come across and if I could give 0 stars, I would. Highly advise do NOT use NutTAG products!!!!

BUYER BE AWARE!!!! Appalling. I spent over $300 on a watch for my son, asked to return it as they sent me an adult's watch by mistake which they confirmed. A month later and they have still not refunded me even though they have received the item back. I have chased this up multiple times. The sales department are quick to sell to you but when you return something it is a different story. I am at a point now where I will be reporting to the ACCC if I don't get a refund and leaving more reviews on various pages.

George from NutTAG was fantastic. Solved our problem with mum’s Seek GPS in no time at all. He was polite understanding and knowledgeable. The support appointments booking system works really well and I’d definitely use it again.

Customer Support - George was helpful in his advice and cared about our situation.Getting Customer Support was more difficult. We called both numbers on the website (a couple of times) and there was a recorded message advising to go to the website to book a time" for Customer Support to call. Could not speak to anyone at the time we needed to.Most of your customers would be pensioners who would find this process difficult.Your device is great

Just purchased the 4G Guardian Smart Watch for my father. George from Nuttag was ever so helpful setting it up for me remotely, Ash who I initially spoke to on the phone pre purchase was equally helpful :) Great customer service, always returning my calls, easy to get a hold of ... I'm still learning to use the app and have reached out to them several times and they have been everything and more amazing all of them. It takes that little load off knowing that there are people who genuinly do care as we try take care of our precious ones. Keep up the great work guys YOU GUYS ROCK!!

I initially had issues with the device only being offline.The customer service system is fantastic - I went online and easily booked a time for someone to call. The call came on time and the issue was resolved quickly, with an explanation of what the issue was.The service operator also asked how the device will be used and offered suggestions for best use of the battery life.Very impressed!

Issues with spot gps for Pet from day one. Customer support is lacking. Takes 24hrs to get any reply. GPS online/offline/online and finally offline all time. Tech did try to adjust something that did nothing at all. They then sent another Simm card for me to swap out and still nothing. Requested Refund but they try to stall you, so I had to state ACCC regs to them. Still waiting for the self addressed envelope to send this thing back. Avoid at all costs.Ohhhh. and they said nothing about having to buy sms credits when I bought it over the phone even thou I paid a yearly price.

(George you are a star) The products we have are primarily used for there medical assistance functions andhave given us confidence and peace of mind.
