Came upon Kai unexpectedly and decided to give it a try. Have now done 6 classes, each with a different teacher and so happy I found it. Even brought a friend along - who is also now enjoying it!

A small, bright, super clean studio with a range of classes. I've particularly enjoyed the practice with Elisha - joyful, challenging, energising. Love being able to walk there - but easy parking if you need to drive.

I love Kai Yoga’s online subscription - the combination of live and on demand classes works perfectly for me. Their classes are universally great - their simple guidance has helped me move more mindfully and deeper into poses I’d been doing for years. It’s my favourite yoga studio and I’m forever grateful to the friend at work who recommended it to me. 5 stars!

I couldn't have had a gentler start into yoga, especially as I'm not very bendy! All the tutors have been friendly and they make beginners feel especially welcome, adapting exercises for us rookies. So glad that I took the plunge!

I can't tell you what yoga classes here are like because I was precluded from getting to experience what it's like in my first visit to the studio. This is what happened.The Class Pass app recommended Kai Yoga as a studio near where I lived. So I looked at the schedule and booked a class called Beginners Series" for 7:45pm today. I got a welcome email from Kai Yoga at 9:45am this morning and confirmation of my reservation at 9:46am. I turned up at Kai Yoga at around 7:30pm only to be told that I can't join the class.The teacher said it wasn't a 'class' as such. She said it was a series

I love going to yoga because Elisha is such a good teacher. She is effective for all levels. I know this because I have multiple knee & other injuries yet her instructions are always so clear & she is calm & warm hearted so I can relax & do my best. Elisha is a motivational instructor & I can feel my flexibility increasing with each class.

I've only recently returned to my yoga practice after a long break during the pandemic and am really enjoying sampling the different classes on offer with my Introductory pass. Every one of the teachers have been great and I'll definitely be signing up for more classes once my 3 week introduction is up.

Waiting downstairs no ph no. No one to help me. Was 2min late due to parking issues. There should at least be a contact ph no. Or door should not be locked 2min after class begins!!!As it’s on Military Rd if you are attending class between 5-7pm make sure you factor in extra half hr of traffic and parking otherwise you will be locked out. Even my university exams were not this strict!!

I did the 3 week trial and now hooked. Such a great space and top notch teachers. There are plenty of classes to choose from and they have limited spaces so its never overcrowded. All the people that attend are lovely. Overall 5 stars
