Went to fill up the tyre with nitrogen. My experience there was great during my first visit. However, recently I called them to get a quote for 2 Pirelli run flat tyres (size 275/40 R20). The guy who answered my call informed me that this tyre is not available in Australia and I wouldn’t be able to get it anywhere and also offered me same tyre size from other brands. However, when I called few other tyre shops, 3 of them gave me the quotes and one of them had the tyre changed the next day (meaning they didn’t import it from Italy). Anyways, giving 3 start for misinformation or else it would have been a 5 star.

Amazing experience with the team at Jax Blacktown.The staff were helpful, friendly and very informative!Got my pink slip done on the day. Waited only 25 minutes to get it done, and informed me of future issues.In the time I was there, I witnessed how amazing helpful they were with 2 other customers. I'm sure they made their day with their wonderful service.Happy with their pricing and service!

Absolute respect. Have to mention Karen, she is an amazing person. Other than giving an exceptional service with fair prices ( very valuable in these days of inflation), they listen. I had an issue with my tyres, which even after they replaced them, still happened. So eventually they managed to sort it out with no extra charge, as a place that truely respects it reputation.

Very professional service though sometimes pushing customers to buy batteries or replace bits & pieces for sake of business is really not appealing to give them 5 stars ⭐️
