BFT Rowville

I was unsure how to start my fitness journey at first until I joined BFT Rowville. They provided me with great support and information on my fitness goals. The community is warm and the trainers are awesome. Definitely recommend joining BFT Rowville, it is worthwhile.

Love this place. The place is clean and staffs are friendly. Simple a good vibe when I first walk in. The classes are so well organised. Just makes the whole expense very enjoyable.

BFT Rowville has changed my life. I have been going for over a year now, and I’m 22kg’s down all whilst having so much fun. Every single trainer and staff member there have been so amazing and encouraging, they provide the right assistance in ensuring our technique is correct and make all classes enjoyable and something I look forward to!! I recommend BFT Rowville to anyone wanting to get started on their fitness goals. You are surrounded in a positive environment with other members wanting to achieve the same goals as you. Casey the head trainer is an absolute gem and has been the main driving in helping me turn my life around and will be forever thankful!

I couldn’t recommend it more. The BFT trainers are personable and inspiring and the sense of community and fun is what keeps me going back. They help you to push yourself to be fitter and stronger and have a wealth of knowledge to share.

Fantastic training format - allowing you to work within your means and then push for that little bit extra. Excellent trainers providing support, fun times and showing the true functionality of the exercises!

This gym is amazing! The trainers are so knowledgeable and friendly and always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and achieve your goals. Everyone is so welcoming and motivating. Would recommend BFT Rowville to anyone!

Terrible customer service by their customer service manager Dan. I was Unwell with covid and did not attend classes, no empathy and requires a submission of suspension form ahead of time however how can I predict when unwell? Took two payments and will not even credit me? Will not return again lack of care and community feel. Casey the trainer there was great however.
