We were in urgent need of a Level 2 Electrician on a Sunday. Richard from Faraday Group came out very quickly, was absolutely great to deal with and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend Faraday Group to anyone in need if electrical services.

I called Faraday to reinstall a light fitting that had previously been incorrectly installed by another electrician.The guys were on time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly they measured and rechecked measurements to ensure light fitting would be in correct place before drilling hole in the ceiling.Faraday will be my first choice next time I need an electrician.

I had to upgrade my consumer mains to be compatible for a electronic meter install.Pauline from Faraday Group gave me a very competitive quote. Quote was very clear which had an option of additional charges if required.Richard and his team were on time to the minute. The team were very courteous. After inspecting the mains, Richard said that the additional work that potentially would be required is not required. Found Faraday Group by chance and I was lucky. I have been looking for professional electricians to help me with lights at my new home, and it was difficult to find. Faraday Group was great. Pauline would listen, understand my needs and upfront about the pricing (which was reasonable). It was just into the new year and Pauline was able to help me organise Michael and Lucas to come out and to help me. Richard and team arranged power to an outdoor cabin, they were professional from start to finish. The quote was detailed and very reasonable, they showed up on time, (a team not just 1 sparky), they listened, provided advice and they were almost half the price of my other quote!The job was completed on time, on budget and the process was seamless.I won’t use any other Co moving forward.
